The St. George Christian School seeks an experienced educator for a senior leadership role.
This position supports the Head of School and contributes to the College's provision of a quality education by developing and facilitating outstanding learning opportunities from a Christian worldview perspective.
The ideal candidate will take a proactive role in pastoral care and management of students and staff in the Senior School.
About the Position
* Develop and implement curriculum initiatives that promote academic excellence and spiritual growth.
* Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff in the Senior School.
* Collaborate with the Head of School to achieve school goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
