What You’ll Do
* Manage the daily operations of a high-volume retail store
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team
* Drive sales and achieve store targets
* Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation
* Oversee stock control and inventory management
* Ensure a safe and positive environment for customers and staff
What We’re Looking For
* Retail management experience (Store Manager or similar)
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Experience working to sales targets and KPIs
