Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and motivated Assistant Store Manager/2IC to join our team, based out of our Morley branch.
Key Responsibilities
Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
Assisting with inventory controlMaintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
Supporting the Store Manager
Leading and supporting your team
Saturday mornings as required
Your Skills and Experience
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
