Offer description

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service to join our friendly team across our buildings in Mooloolaba and Bokarina as Guest Service Agent/Receptionist.

You will have:

* Commitment and passion for customerservice
* High standard of personal presentation
* Strong computer skills (Excel, Word etc) and experience with reservation systems is an advantage
* Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team


Position Overview

* Check in / out of guests
* Reservations and upselling
* General front office daily duties and administration tasks
* Maintaining guest accounts and receipting
* Banking and end of day reporting
* Providing a professional and personalised service to guests
* Inspecting and preparing arrival rooms
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with Housekeeping

This position is casual but may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
