About the Role
As a Program Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting delivery teams by developing and maintaining detailed schedules for multiple projects and programs. Your work will ensure resources are optimally allocated, forward pipelines are managed and apprentice training requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review and administer schedules using contemporary scheduling systems to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects/programs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule apprentices to appropriate projects and tasks, ensuring training competencies are achieved.
* Maintain a program dashboard to provide accurate reporting on project status and resource utilisation.
* Work closely with delivery teams and regional management to resolve resourcing issues and ensure consistency in scheduling approaches.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in building construction scheduling and project delivery using construction management methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Web App or similar.
* Strong ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources to develop accurate schedules.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in data processing and manipulation.
* High-level interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
