At Buxton, our Property Management team are a highly valued component of our overall operation and undertake an integral role in representing our business and developing client relationships.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking leasing consultant to assist us with all facets of leasing. The leasing consultant will undertake all day-to-day tasks of property management.
Agents Representative Certificate Essential for Applicants
Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
* Recording and updating details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters into computer database swiftly.
* Examining properties and informing property managers of anything that may arise.
* Advertising available properties and conducting leasing inspections.
* Screening prospective renter/s to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
* Completing leasing applications and assisting with verification of application information.
* Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
Leasing Agent Requirements:
* Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
* Must be available to work Saturday's.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong people skills.
