As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team responsible for supporting plumbers and other tradespeople in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and product information to customers.
* Offer quotes both in person and over the phone to customers.
* Conduct pick packing and stock control activities to ensure efficient operations.
* Maintain a tidy and safe branch environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
* A valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
