About the Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations, leading a motivated brigade and ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. From rostering and ordering to training and mentoring, this is a dynamic leadership role for a chef who loves to be on the tools and in the action.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen (pub or bistro-style)
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a calm, "lead from the front" attitude
* Solid understanding of food costing, stock control, and GP management
* Skilled in modern Australian pub fare with flair for specials and seasonal menus
* Committed to food safety standards, training junior chefs, and building kitchen culture
