Your new role

This role involves driving business growth in Australia and New Zealand with a particular focus on their Power, Biogas, and Liquid Measurements portfolios, including Dissolved Gas Analysis, Moisture in Oil, and Process Refractometer instruments. You will target key clients, existing channels, and developing markets. This is a consultative, solutions ‑ focused role where you'll support customers in selecting monitoring and measurement technologies for parameters including humidity, temperature, CO₂, H₂O₂, differential and barometric pressure, dew point, and related variables.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve sales targets through direct and channel partner sales.
* Provide consultative sales to end users and consultants, leveraging the companies offerings.
* Develop and execute country sales plans with stakeholders.
* Manage and develop channel partners, ensuring sales targets are met.
* Monitor and support existing channels, analyze new markets, and identify suitable distributors.
* Organize distributor training and develop sales tools.
* Conduct joint customer visits with distributors.
* Communicate market needs to product management and marketing teams.
* Define and agree on marketing actions with relevant teams.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in B2B account management, technical sales, or solution sales with channel management experience
* Background in instrumentation, sensors, industrial equipment, scientific products, or related fields (desirable but not essential)
* Strong relationship ‑ building skills and a consultative sales approach
* Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly
* Self ‑ motivated, organised, and commercially astute
* Comfort working across regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, food, manufacturing, or environmental monitoring
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, flexible and well-organized team player with a positive attitude towards customer service.
* Passion to win and persistence to close deals.
* Excellent time management abilities and willingness to travel
* Willingness and ability to grow competencies by learning industry standards relevant to the business, as well as market specific issues (culture, customers, competitors).
* Full Australian work rights and fluency in English language are a must have requirement.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook) is required.
