Working directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this cohesive and agile team are looking to engage an experience Governance and Assurance manager to lead the review and development of internal frameworks.
**Your new role**
Working within a diverse and agile team, you will be able to provide insight and support to a variety of activities across governance, audit, assurance and parliamentary services.
This may see you:
- Administer Agency-wide assurance frameworks
- Review and develop governance frameworks
- Coordinate the implementation of improvement activities to meet both short and long-term objectives
- Lead and develop internal audit functions and services
- Manage a team to delivery Committee secretariat support
- Engage with external stakeholders and Agencies
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar position will see you thrive in this role, as well as:
- Well-developed understanding of governance, audit and assurance frameworks
- Experience leading and managing staff to develop capabilities and drive positive change
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate with your team, internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to drive business outcomes
