Leading Hand
to join our
North Brisbane team

industrial concrete projects
across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and are looking for strong site leaders who value safety, quality, and teamwork.
About the roles:
These are two separate leadership positions responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, reading and interpreting plans, slab set-outs, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key requirements include:
• Proven experience in hardstand and industrial concrete construction
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and complete accurate slab set-outs
• Sound understanding of RLs
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills
• Clear communication and problem-solving ability
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
