If you are a HR leader who can balance people outcomes with commercial reality, this is a rare opportunity to own the full HR remit in a growing organisation of ~300 employees. This role is based in Auburn 2144, Sydney.
You will be the trusted partner to key stakeholders/leaders - solving real problems, lifting capability, and building simple, effective people processes that actually get implemented.
What you’ll be doing
· Leading end-to-end HR: ER, performance, recruitment, policies, HR operations and reporting.
· Coaching key stakeholders/leaders through performance, conduct, change and structure decisions.
· Building practical frameworks for recruiting, onboarding, performance and engagement.
· Strengthening compliance, documentation and HR governance without bureaucracy.
· Driving a positive, high accountability culture.

Do you have what we are looking for – ARE YOU?
· A confident HR generalist/leader with strong ER capability and sound judgement?
· Comfortable operating hands on while partnering with key stakeholders/leaders?
· A clear communicator who can influence, simplify, and deliver outcomes?
· Do you have strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice?
· Are you systems minded and process disciplined (HRIS/data/reporting)?
