Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Diligently identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local community to enhance the lending portfolio.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the local residential mortgage products and real estate market within the designated region.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and within the local community through proactive business development.
* Cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of the bank's range of competitive products and services to provide personalized support to members.
* Provide sound specialist mortgage advice and ensure members have the necessary support to achieve their financial goals.
* Proactively grow the home lending portfolio while offering a seamless end-to-end banking experience.
About You
* Requirements:
* Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
* A current Australian Driver's License is required.
