This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision-making, and a keen eye for optimizing digital retail experiences across all global markets.The Role:Oversee the setup, testing, and deployment of all website and app campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies in alignment with the Ecommerce Trade Manager.Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all global websites, including weekly hygiene checks on PDP (Product Detail Pages), PLP (Product Listing Pages), and PCP (Product Category Pages).Ensure all online activities align with marketing team objectives across global websites and apps.Content & Merchandising StrategyTake full ownership of content curation, upload, and arrangement for all global websites.Work closely with buying and planning teams to align product releases with stock availability and trading objectives.Optimize website merchandising for each market by ensuring localized content, seasonal product offerings, and adherence to market guidelines.Oversee merchandising and inventory management with site operations, inventory control, and logistics, including featured products, ranges, and daily allocations.Create localized product edits and leverage analytics to improve merchandising across all global sites and apps.Collaborate with the Optimization Lead to manage automated product descriptions and category enrichment, ensuring quality checks and adherence to launch deadlines.Data-Driven Merchandising & Performance OptimizationWork closely with data analysts and the marketing team to merchandise website and app content based on sales performance, launch dates, and product drops.Support agile retail measures by adjusting sales promotions, markdowns, and merchandising strategies based on sales results and business objectives.Partner with digital marketing teams to drive growth and awareness across all digital channels using product and content insights.Identify opportunities for site improvements, including search, content, and product enhancements, collaborating with UX and the Optimization Lead.Collect and analyze customer service, product, and web insights to drive informed decision-making.Collaborate with the SEO agency to ensure best practices and content optimization for search rankings.Work closely with the E-commerce Trade Manager to meet sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.Support key sales events and report on weekly channel performance, content effectiveness, and merchandising opportunities.The Perfect Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, content management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of digital merchandising, website content management, and online retail operations.Experience with CMS platforms, merchandising tools, and analytics software.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into merchandising strategies.Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, buying, planning, and operations teams.Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience working with SEO agencies is a plus.Experience working with international markets and localized content strategies is preferred.What we offer:On-going training and development - your growth is our growth!No key achievement and success goes unnoticedA fresh, fun and collaborative team environmentThis is a full-time position based in our sun-filled HQ in Alexandria.Please note, only those with full working rights in Australia will be considered.
