What will your typical day look like? As a senior manager, you will lead a team in OneStream enterprise performance management implementations. Managing teams and our clients to scope, design and implement a wide range of planning, budgeting and reporting on the OneStream Platform. Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou may have all or some of the followingQualifications:5+ years of Corporate / Finance experience in leading and/or implementing one or more EPM technologies (Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, etc.) 2+ years relevant experience implementing OneStreamMinimum of 2+ years’ experience working in professional services or consulting, on digitally enabled transformation of process and service delivery improvements Preferred:An advanced degree is preferredStrong functional knowledge around financial systems and processesAccounting background, advanced accounting technical skills including month end close and consolidation experienceProven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementationA proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesAbility to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagementsWillingness to mentor junior staffCommitted to gaining exposure to multiple industriesAdept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent teamStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to collaborate with clientsWhy Deloitte?
