The Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems within our facilities. This involves applying business work management and reliability processes to maintain asset health.
* We are seeking an experienced professional to participate in the establishment of a strong health and safety culture through awareness and reporting of potential hazards.
* The ideal candidate will have experience with conveying equipment, dust extraction, milling equipment, process equipment such as cyclones, pumps, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, rotary kilns, gas burners.
* This role requires collaboration with Senior Planners and engineers to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that enable proactive maintenance.
* A key aspect of this position is the development and maintenance of accurate plant and equipment master data required for safe and reliable operation.
* The successful candidate will identify potential risks that may compromise refinery performance or quality outcomes and escalate concerns for mitigation.
* We are looking for a team player who can work closely with inventory management and vendors to ensure optimal parts inventory, including spares selection, stocking strategy, and preservation.
* This role involves developing detailed scopes of work to ensure precision maintenance and producing high-quality maintenance packages and schedules to maximize equipment reliability and labor productivity.
* Data analytics are essential to manage the performance of the maintenance function, including work management, materials management, and defect elimination.
