About the Role
Nexifi Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to support our Senior Marketing Manager in delivering marketing campaigns for our clients. This entry-level professional role provides hands‐on experience across a variety of marketing disciplines, including digital and traditional marketing, content development, reporting, and supportive client communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing).
* Create campaign-related digital content such as banners, graphics, landing pages, and videos.
* Support website updates and content maintenance.
* Assist with campaign performance reporting and analysis.
* Develop traditional marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and presentations.
* Support client liaison: prepare campaign updates, attend client meetings in a supporting capacity, and assist in following up on tasks under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
* Contribute ideas and recommendations to marketing strategies under guidance.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
* Experience in digital marketing campaigns, social media, and email campaigns.
* Basic understanding of web metrics and analytics (Google Analytics experience beneficial).
* Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
* Professional communication skills suitable for supportive client interactions.
