Join us as a Financial Operations Coordinator and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial analyses.


About The Role

* You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and schedules.
* You will provide administrative support to the finance team, including processing transactions, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
* You will assist with financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


About The Team

This role reports to the Financial Controller and works alongside 2 Senior Accountants and 4 Finance Officers.


Skills & Requirements

Applicants should have a Degree in Accounting or related field, with at least 2 years of local Australian finance experience. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn and grow, resilient, and possesses excellent communication skills.
