What You’ll Be Doing:
* Ensure workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are maintained.
* Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
* Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
* Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
* Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
* Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.
* Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
* Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.
* Weekend work may be required
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership and management experience.
* Current retail pharmacy experience is essential.
* Strong merchandising capabilities.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
* Computer literacy; experience with POS Works POS system preferred, not essential.
* Dedicated work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
* Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
