About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* a current NDIS Worker Screening Check;
* or willingness to obtain one.

Please note that this is a part-time role, and you will be required to work at least two weekend days and two sleepover/active nights per fortnight.
