About the role
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient coordination of services, ensuring high standards of operational delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You will lead a team and manage subcontractors to meet performance targets, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Deliver services in line with customer KPIs and service level expectations.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships at a state level.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits and managing risk.
Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
A degree or trade qualification with a minimum of 10 years' experience in facilities management or maintenance.
Proven experience managing multi-site facility contracts and leading operational teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
A background in construction, facilities, or contract management within service industries.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure.
