We are looking for people who are interested in this job and will commit longer than 6 months so unfortunately we won/u2019t be taking on any working holidays makers/backpackers.

The Greenscape Collective is a growing landscaping company based in Perth, known for our high-quality garden maintenance and construction work. We’re passionate about transforming and caring for outdoor spaces, and we’re proud of our friendly, down-to-earth team.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working gardener to join our maintenance team. This hands-on role will see you working across a variety of gardens and landscapes, helping keep them looking their best. You/u2019ll work with a team but also be trusted to work independently, depending on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance: mowing, whipper-snipping, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Planting and plant care (including lawns, shrubs, and garden beds)
- Basic irrigation checks and repairs
- Using and maintaining gardening tools and machinery (hedge trimmers, blowers, mowers, etc.)
- Keeping work areas neat, tidy, and safe
- Providing friendly and respectful service to clients
- Supporting the wider team and helping out where needed

What We're Looking For
- A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of garden tools and safe work practices
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Experience with irrigation systems
- Familiarity with basic handyman or trade work (e.g., fencing, paving)
