This exciting Administration Management vacancy is available working with a friendly team inside the corporate office this retail complex and is a great career advancement opportunity.
Key responsibilities of the position:
* Sales figure reporting
* Centre administration
* Lease set up, renewals, vacates, expiry's and options
* Managing Debtors in conjunction with Centre Manager and Accounts Receivable
* Accounts Payable queries, main duties handled by head office
* Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, finance and lease administration
* Maintaining centre database
* Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees
* Centre projects relevant to the role
