This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as aRetail Sales Assistant at Autobarn on casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
What you'll do
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
* Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐presented store environment.
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
* Follow all company policies, procedures and safety practices.
About you
You're hands‐on, customer‐focused, and eager to learn. You don't need to be a car expert to join us – just someone who's passionate about people, great service, and teamwork. You'll also bring:
* Strong work ethic and organisational skills
* Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
* A genuine passion for helping customers.
* Basic computer literacy
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
