As a newly formed entity, Experience Gold Coast is focused on supercharging tourism, events, arts & culture, and education outcomes for the City of Gold Coast.HOTA (Home of the Arts) is seeking an experienced and visionary Commercial Program Lead to drive our annual program of commercially successful entertainment and contemporary cultural events.This senior artistic leadership role is pivotal in curating HOTA’s commercial entertainment landscape, ensuring a dynamic, high-quality, and financially sustainable program.About the RoleAs the Commercial Program Lead, you will prioritise box office income and visitation and be responsible for the curation and execution of a diverse program spanning cinema, literature, visual arts, comedy, music, musical theatre, and more. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including artistic planning, deal negotiations, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
