Receptionist/Conveyancing Assistant (Full-Time)

Page Conveyancing is a well-established, locally respected conveyancing firm with over 25 years in business. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist, who will also provide assistance to conveyancers.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones and responding to general enquiries professionally and confidently
* Greeting clients and visitors at reception with a warm and friendly manner
* Filing, document management and general office administration
* Providing general assistance to the conveyancing team as required
* Supporting workflow and helping keep matters organised and on track
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, easy-going and professional in their communication
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy office environment
* Confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Experience in conveyancing or legal administration is highly regarded but not essential. Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software is a bonus, but full training can be provided for the right person.
