We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi‑phase enterprise systems implementation program. This role requires a hands‑on delivery professional with strong software implementation and change management capability, and experience delivering business‑wide transformation initiatives, not solely IT‑focused projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery across all project phases, working closely with internal stakeholders, SMEs, a Business Analyst, and a virtual CIO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multi‑phase systems implementation program from initiation through to transition to BAU.Deliver significant whole‑of‑business change, particularly during the CRM transition.Drive effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.Manage project governance, schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting to executive and board level.Coordinate system implementation partners and internal delivery teams.Ensure alignment between business needs, system functionality, and change impacts across all phases.Project Scope

Smaller‑scale implementationSystem selection underway (MYIB Acumatica or Sage Intacct) Essential Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
Based in LauncestonProven experience delivering software implementation projectsStrong, demonstrated change management experienceProject delivery experience beyond pure IT implementation, including business process change and organisational impact Desirable Experience
Experience with Brevity CRMExposure to NDIS or industry‑specific CRM platformsExperience working alongside a virtual CIO or advisory delivery model
