Customer Service & Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a part-time officer to provide customer service and administrative support at our Wellbeing Centre.

* Experience in office environments is required.
* Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
* The ability to handle financial transactions will be advantageous.

This opportunity offers salary packaging options and is a maximum term engagement until June 2026.




About the Role

This position plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our Wellbeing Centre.

* We seek an officer who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

* The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.




Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email and in person.
* Handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
