Your New Role:
This Sales Associate position is suited to someone who thrives in a client-focused setting, is confident with clienteling and either has a strong interest in timepieces or is eager to learn a highly technical product. The boutique values professionalism, expertise and a personalised approach to service.
* Deliver a consistently high standard of service to all customers
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling
* Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand standards
* Drive individual and team sales performance
* Assist with daily operations including stock handling and replenishment
* Keep up to date with product knowledge and technical training
The Experience Checklist:
* Experience in luxury retail or working with high end clientele
* Previous exposure to timepieces is desirable but not essential
* Immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A genuine passion for sales and delivering tailored customer experiences
* Strong relationship building ability and attention to detail
* Demonstrated interest in watches or confidence in learning a technical product
* Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
