About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing construction team in a full-time capacity across projects located in Dural, Galston, and Beacon Hill, NSW. Working on commercial and Class 2 developments within the senior living sector, this role will see you overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily site operations to achieve programme, budget, and quality targets * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labourers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery * Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a safe working environment across all site activities * Lead excavation activities and oversee the safe operation of earthmoving equipment onsite * Implement and manage project documentation systems, reporting structures, and construction programmes * Monitor construction progress using project management software and ensure programme milestones are achieved * Manage project risks, quality assurance processes, and defect prevention measures * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and project outcomes Skills and Experience * Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field preferred * Minimum 2 years' experience managing construction sites within commercial or residential projects * Experience working on Class 2 or large-scale residential developments highly regarded * Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills essential * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities * Proven ability to manage subcontractors, timelines, and site operations effectively * Current driver's licence and own vehicle required * Availability to work Monday to Saturday Culture Join a supportive and down-to-earth team that values collaboration, quality workmanship, and long-term career development.
