Event Coordinator Role
This position involves overseeing the planning and delivery of events that enhance our reputation. The event coordinator manages the conference centre and a portfolio of internal events, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Event Development: Overseeing all aspects of allocated events, including planning, logistics, compliance, and evaluation.
* Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of the university's events function.
Applicants should possess tertiary qualifications in events management, project management, marketing, or related fields, along with 5+ years' experience in delivering diverse, high-profile events.
