Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Brand and E-Commerce Manager. The Brand and E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the brand's online presence, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing customer relations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen Lady Milan’s brand identity and positioning.
- Oversee content creation across social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Lead media outreach, PR initiatives, and collaborations with fashion influencers and stylists.
- Plan seasonal launches, collections, and exclusive drops.
- Manage the online store, including product listings, website UX, promotions, and inventory coordination.
- Drive online sales growth, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer journey.
- Implement loyalty programs, referral strategies, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV), and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Build email marketing campaigns and automated flows for engagement and retention.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Expand brand presence through affiliate marketing, online marketplaces, and influencer programs.
- Monitor KPIs across all channels and prepare reports on performance, growth, and opportunities.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and feedback to inform product, marketing, and growth decisions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels and paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and digital sales strategies.
- Experience in partnership development, media outreach, and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for fashion and online retail.
