Overview
Our client is an established Contractor that are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their construction team, sitting on a large project in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site-based delivery to achieve project outcomes across quality, safety, and programme targets. This role is responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors and trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. As a Mechanical Site Supervisor you will be: You'll play a key role in maintaining site performance, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance across all aspects of the build.
Responsibilities
* Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high productivity and performance
* Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Managing and enforcing WHS compliance, including safe work practices and site procedures
* Liaising with clients, builders, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
* Monitoring workmanship to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and project specifications
* Overseeing materials, subcontractor engagement, and site resource allocation
Experience & Qualifications
We would be interested in talking to candidates with previous experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor, HVAC Site Supervisor or someone that has supervised on a static site.

Salary & Benefits
Salary for this role is between $130-150K plus super depending on experience.
