Job Description
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for product selection and application.
* Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
* Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings.
* Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Inside Sales Engineer should have:
* A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field.
* Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
