Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily packhouse operations for quality and efficiency
* Lead apple and avocado programs from harvest through to dispatch
* Manage grower partnerships, contracts, and quality assurance processes
* Build and maintain strong retail, fresh-market wholesale, and export relationships
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in packhouse operations, production, and supply-chain management
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Financial, analytical, and strategic planning capability
