**Position Overview**:

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, this role provides a unique opportunity to work in a face-to-face environment within the real estate and property industry. Open to both full time and part-time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support for residential sales.
Conduct administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Follow up on leads to contribute to the overall sales success.
Liaise effectively with stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
Update and maintain accuracy in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
Must have real estate registration or licence.
**Key Requirements**:
Previous experience in real estate.
Ability to work weekends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
Comfortable working in an office-based, face-to-face environment.
Commitment to a salaried position (non-commission based).
