Description
As a Payroll Compliance Analyst, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing payroll integrity. You will lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every process meets legislative and organisational standards. Your expertise will help shape best practices and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement payroll governance policies, procedures, and controls.
* Monitor and review payroll processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
* Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments.
* Stay up to date with payroll legislation and ensure timely updates to policies.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT on system enhancements and integrations.
* Support payroll system upgrades and implementations.
* Analyse payroll data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Profile
* Deep understanding of payroll systems and compliance frameworks.
* Exposure to EBAs and system builds highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Background in large, fast-paced organisations preferred.
Job Offer
* $110,000 - $120,000 + super
