About the Role
This role is an entry-level position.
The Scheduling Administrator is pivotal for supporting the team for scheduling and coordination of various construction activities, contributing to the overall success of our projects. The position is permanent with full-time working hours (38hrs/week).
Main Duties
* Providing effective administration support to the Scheduling team including compiling a Construction File for each build
* Completing accurate and timely data entry in relevant systems
* Creating Purchase Orders for suppliers and sub-contractors for materials, services, variations and on-site extras
* Assisting or escalating the resolution of any issues related to Scheduling
* Provide general administrative support to the Scheduling, Operations Manager and General Manager on an as‐needed basis.
About You
* Experience in data entry and processing skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders.
* Analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to fault find, resolve customer complaints and disputes
* Proven attention to detail, organizational skills, time management and able to plan and coordinate multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* The ideal applicant would have experience in Clickhomes and interpreting building plans, either through TAFE qualifications or previous employment.
* Successful applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights and have a valid police clearance - or be willing to obtain one.
