We're looking for an Area Planner to join our Community Support team in Bunbury and help coordinate the productive scheduling of resources that directly support our clients' care. The role is available for either Tuesday to Thursday or Wednesday to Friday from 07:00-16:00.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate Schedules: Work closely with Community Team Leaders to ensure employees are scheduled based on client needs, skill sets, and availability, minimizing travel time.
- Manage Rosters: Take charge of recurring schedules and funding task queues, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Support Training: Identify training needs, work with team leaders to schedule it, and assist with booking as needed.
- Drive Improvements: Find ways to enhance processes related to scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning to boost efficiency and performance.
- Team Collaboration: Be a proactive team player, sharing information and supporting colleagues to meet deadlines and goals.
- Monitor Data Accuracy: Keep a close eye on roster data for any discrepancies and address issues quickly to maintain a high standard.

About You
You're an expert at managing schedules and planning resources, comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment, and skilled at problem‐solving and collaboration. You have experience in scheduling or resource allocation, are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, and if you have experience in the disability or aged care sector or are familiar with the NDIS or HCP systems, that's a bonus.
