Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review and manage contracts, agreements and legal correspondence
* Assist with conveyancing and property transactions
* Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders as required
* Ensure compliance with property and development regulations
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in a legal firm or in-house legal team and a strong understanding of property law and development processes.

* Proficient in legal software including PEXA, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
