Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, assist with property information and bookings, and liaise with internal teams.
* Be the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls
* Assist potential guests with property information, quotes, and securing bookings
* Support existing guests with any questions or issues during their stay
* Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally
* Direct calls and emails to the correct team as required
Responsibilities:
* Guest Communication & Bookings:
o Initial contact for incoming phone calls
o Provide property information, quotes, and assist with booking
o Support guests with queries and issues during their stay
o Respond to emails in a professional manner
o Direct calls and emails to relevant teams
* Liaising with Internal Teams:
o Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning teams to assist guests
o Communicate with property owners to enter bookings and relay important information
* Systems & Administration:
o Manage reservations using our booking system software
o Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software tools confidently
o Maintain accurate records and clear communication across systems
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills with a warm, clear, and professional tone
* Strong customer service experience
* A passion for hospitality and tourism is highly regarded
* Able to remain calm under pressure and think critically
* High level of computer literacy
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
* Enjoy working with people and being part of a supportive team
