The Ambulatory Aged Care Program consists of three distinct programs: Transition care program, Restorative Care Program, and GEM in The Home. Our services aim to restore clients' health and wellbeing through a multidisciplinary approach. We provide client-focused, efficient, and effective physiotherapy services that meet established standards of excellence.
We operate a multidisciplinary team model where our PTs work closely with Team Assistants to deliver regular PT interventions for all clients. This is an ideal role for an experienced PT who enjoys working independently as part of a dynamic team and has excellent assessment skills.
This role involves actively participating in clinical supervision and education of junior staff members and supervising Team Assistants working in AACP. You will work autonomously, undertake a varied workload, and provide interventions in predominantly home-based settings.
