By looking at our service, products and digital capabilities in an agile and collaborative way, we put the financial needs of our members at the forefront of what we do.Your New RoleAs a Broker Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Broker network by building relationships with our Brokers through delivery of exceptional service while offering sound residential mortgage advice.You will work in collaboration with branch staff, regional lending peers and our credit team to provide and support a positive member experience during the largest and most exciting purchase our members make – their home.In this role you will be expected but not limited to:Process and manage broker home loan & personal loan applications.Manage High pipeline volumes in a fast-paced environment.Manage broker and member expectations and application speed to decision.Manage SLAsConsistent communication with brokers with outstanding and other requirements requestedby creditCommunicate to internal stakeholders such as credit and settlement team to ensure allapplications are processed within agreed timeframeAbout YouMember experience is your passion, you put your member's experience in front of everything else.You are results driven, self-motivated, a Go-Getter who is proactive yet flexible in operation who is also tech savvy
You will have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of the local residential mortgage products and the real estate market within your regions.You possess the skill and ability to create new opportunities, convert leads and manage your pipeline.
You enjoy engaging with members proactively via outbound calling.
