Leadership Role in Home Assessing
We're seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead our Home Assessing team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will:
* Coach and develop their team members to achieve high performance standards.
* Monitor individual workloads and team outputs, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
* Exercise operational leadership over the daily operations of the home assessing team.
* Build and manage relationships with customers, assessors, tradespeople, builders, and internal stakeholders.
* Assess and review policy conclusions, ensuring compliance with legislation and insurance regulations.
* Address and resolve issues, including escalations, in collaboration with our Internal Disputes Resolution Team.
Key requirements include:
* A proven background in claims assessment or loss adjusting.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing competing priorities calmly and professionally.
* Understanding of domestic building practices, with excellent technical knowledge.
* Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
