Your Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Compliance Trainer to join our People team at Nova. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training and assessment programs that ensure our workforce is competent, compliant, and confident in performing their roles safely and effectively.
Key accountabilities include:
* Delivering compliance training aligned with regulatory and safety standards, including weekly Site Inductions
* Coaching and supporting employees on compliance topics
* Coordinating completion of training for Statutory Positions
* Developing engaging training materials and assessments
* Leading compliance training strategies across the site
* Collaborating with site leaders and external stakeholders to maintain industry alignment
* Leveraging LMS and digital tools to track and enhance training delivery
Your Experience
You are a confident facilitator with a strong background in mining or processing and a passion for developing others. You bring:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or newer)
* Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
* Proficiency with Training Management Systems and Microsoft 365
* Demonstrated ability to create training content and support staff development
* Strong time management and reporting skills
* National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months
Highly desirable:
* National competencies in areas such as confined space, gas testing, working at heights, First Aid/CPR, and High Risk Work Licences
