About the Role
Support standardized accounts processing in a high-volume, quality-controlled, and customer-focused environment under an Accountant's direction. If you have previous experience in Accounts Payable, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts receivable and payable activities.
* Handle cash management and bank reconciliations.
* Conduct debtor management, including communication and reporting.
* Assist internal customers with processing and troubleshooting.
* Improve financial systems and assist less experienced staff.
* Participate in shared corporate activities and uphold ALPA values.
* Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is essential
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Proficiency in electronic accounts processing software.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
