**The position**

An entry level opportunity for a switched on and energetic individual. You will thrive from being the face of the company and first point of contact for national stakeholders and customers alike. You will be looking for a position that will add substance to your experience and encourage you to build on your career.

**What your role will entail**

Working among a vibrant and friendly team, your role will involve the following:

- Front desk reception, greeting visitors and customers
- Operating a switchboard, transferring calls nationally
- Liaising with technicians, sales staff and suppliers
- Coverage of the customer service team where required
- Overflow of work from the accounts team and manufacturing teams
- Processing sales orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

**To be successful you will posses the following qualities**
- Energetic and motivated, enjoys talking to people and making a good impression
- Good computer skills - however training on systems will be provided
- Strong eye for detail and good numeracy skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Someone who is keen to grow within the company long term
