About the Role:
The EY Defence Vetting Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vetting Manager to lead our team of Vetting Practitioners in delivering high-quality security vetting services to our clients.
This role involves supervising a high-performing team, conducting complex personal security clearance processes, and ensuring robust COMSEC and INFOSEC program processes. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and analytical skills, with experience working within high-security environments.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload effectively, conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and provide coaching and mentoring to Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Requirements:
* Vetting experience highly regarded, with experience working within high-security environments.
* Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews.
* A current or recently held PV or NV2 clearance, and willingness to upgrade to the new TS-PA clearance.
* A Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) is required for this role. EY will provide this training to successful candidates who do not currently hold this qualification.
