About the Role: As a Contact Centre Consultant at Mike Carney Toyota, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether it’s helping with service bookings, answering inquiries, or providing expert advice, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Your job will be varied and exciting—no two days are ever the same! What You’ll Be Doing: Answering Calls: Be the friendly voice of our brand, ensuring a smooth customer experience and meeting team KPIs Service Bookings & Inquiries: Help customers schedule service appointments, provide cost estimates, and upsell services with clear, transparent communication. Data Integrity: You’ll maintain accurate customer details in our system, ensuring that every interaction is seamless. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet goals, cover shifts during breaks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Daily Admin: Manage emails, follow-ups, and parts lists, all while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
