This is a temporary leave relief position until 31 May, with the possibility of extension. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical care and advice to clients with complex health needs relating to substance misuse and abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical consultation and education to healthcare workers and educators.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of clients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
* Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and provide discharge planning.
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration
* Valid NSW driver's licence
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
